Thanks for stopping by. I am a self-taught artist. I love illustration and graphic design. I work with various mediums including acrylic, watercolors, graphic arts, film, digital photography, and digital imaging.

One of my earliest passions was drawing portraits. I still love to do so and now when I create portraits I usually paint them using acrylics. I have painted portraits of friends and for friends, portraits of famous figures, and generic portraits of individuals from my imagination. Many of my recent illustrations portray African-American figures and familial scenes. I do freelance work painting portraits, so if you are interested in having me paint a portrait of someone you care about, please contact me.

Another early passion was drawing cartoons. I combined this with my love of portraits when I started drawing caricatures. I also draw freelance caricatures. Let me know if you want to hire me to draw one of you, a family member, or friend.

In the late 1990's I got into photography. Although I don't take nearly as many photos as I used to, photography is still a passion.

A few years before getting into photography I took an interest in graphic design--specifically digital imaging. That passion has taken off in recent years and I have turned this interest into designing art for t-shirts, mugs, totes, buttons, and other products.
